This exposure led thousands of people around the world to come to know Elkhorn simply as ‘The Christmas Card Town’ – a moniker the community still holds with great pride to this day. Walworth County Fair: Speaking of the fairgrounds, Elkhorn is home to the Walworth County Fair, which also happens to be the largest county fair in Wisconsin.
